We’ve reimagined the classic Danish by starting with a foundation of our signature, laminated croissant dough, handcrafted and folded by our bakers to create countless flaky, golden layers that rise in a distinct, square puff.
Inside this delicate pastry shell, we’ve hidden a secret: a comforting, pillowy layer of our house-made Farmer’s Cheese soufflé—light, subtly tangy, and melted perfectly. To that, we add a luxurious ribbon of our rich, silky vanilla custard cream, speckled with real Madagascar vanilla beans.
As you can see in the product photo, this beautiful treat is crowned with a cluster of vibrant, fresh raspberries, chosen at their peak ripeness, and a single, cooling leaf of mint. It’s a symphony of textures and flavors: from the satisfying shatter of the flaky crust to the warm, creamy heart and the final bright pop of sweet-tart berry.
