Orders have been paused indefinitely, until we can get a part for our main mixer. The main board on the mixer fried, so we are unable to bake for you. We will reopen for business as soon as we can get the part for the mixer!
Fresh Raspberry & Cream Croissant Experience the bright burst of real fruit wrapped in golden, buttery layers. We use artisanal techniques and French butter to create the striking red “ribbons” on the exterior. The interior is generously filled with a mousse made from fresh raspberry puree and luscious fresh mascarpone, creating a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth delight that isn’t overly sweet.
